The content on several ICANN-hosted public blogs has been restored to service after being temporarily taken offline to investigate a software security vulnerability (blog.icann.org, www.dns.icann.org, in-addr-transition.icann.org, omblog.icann.org, www.reverse-servers.org, and www.root-dnssec.org). Our investigation found that some files had been uploaded to the servers that hosted these public blogs. The blogs were hosted in an isolated container and no further evidence of access was found. We have taken appropriate corrective measures and restored access to the content. These sites host public information only and do not affect ICANN/IANA/root operations.
